1. Research topic with keyword selection

As per the answered questionnaire, we identify your academic strengths and shortfalls. The information is compared with common skills and traits that are associated with a particular field of research. For example, in the field of chemical engineering, individuals are expected to have the ability to think creatively, have good time management, independent learning, organization skills, etc.
Thereafter, a substantial list of the latest and relevant research topics from the industry, institutions and/or supervisors of interest is cross referenced with your interests and perceived drive in order to choose the best topic for you.

2. Latest, relevant articles & general outlook

Upon identifying your suited research field and/or topic, an in-depth search of the latest and most relevant articles is investigated from scholarly databases, open access materials, primary & secondary sources, etc. This information is sorted as per your needs and presented as a page long outlook of the research topic with three (3) supporting research articles and/or books.

3. Three research questions

Research questions help direct and focus your research. Therefore, they should be as specific as possible and at the same time engage the audience of the importance of your work. As a defined guide which directs your research, three (3) research questions are formulated according to your field of interest. These research questions are aligned with the aim of your project and specifically speak to your desired outcomes. Therefore, they are structured for you, your audience and the innovative space.

4. Proposed supervisor and/or institution

The role of a supervisor in your research could be the difference between completion and quitting. Therefore a suitable supervisor is required, one that will understand your pace, style of work and needs. We will therefore attempt to pair you with the most compatible supervisor who is recognized in the respective research field, has published work (articles, books/chapters, etc) and is an active participant in his/her respective field.
Factors such as work space, office space and scenery, play a crucial role on the individuals mental dynamics. For this reason it is important to choose the ideal environment that will stimulate ideas and foster growth. An individuals preferred space of comfort is largely affected by where & how the individual was raised. This is information is gathered from the answered questionnaire.

*This offer may be extended to help the individual attain the supervisor that they require, at an additional cost

5. Resources available list

One of the major reason for a research study stalling or taking longer than needed is the lack of knowledge and availability of resources. Many start with an idea but no understanding on what will be needed several months down the line.
Upon analyzing the individual’s research interests, we will make a list of all possible resources, their location (nearest to you) and contact information.

6. Proposed experimental procedure

Once the research interests of the individual have been identified and there is a clear outline of the way forward, we will propose an experimental procedure. This procedure will seek to attain the best possible results for your desired outcomes and directly address your research questions.

7. Draft proposal

Includes a research topic, research field background, research questions, aim & objectives and experimental procedure.
